Over 90% of American households own at least one car, and all cars require maintenance.

Jiffy Lube wants to position themselves as the go-to for all car maintenance needs, but doesn't know how to authentically engage with their wide range of customers.

I developed unique copy for each social platform that addressed specific native user archetypes across the marketing funnel.

Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok

Result: Engagement across all funnels increased, with the greatest behavior shift in Gen Z and Millenial touchpoints.
